Targeted warm-up for injury prevention
At YY Vertical, we want climbers to get the most out of their experience while minimizing injury risk. The Warm Up Bands focus on warming up and joint mobilization, differentiating them from our standard resistance bands designed for muscle strengthening.
Our physiotherapy team has developed specific warm-up exercises, printed directly on the bands, to help you prepare for climbing more effectively.
The Warm Up Bands come in three resistance levels:
– Light (Green) – For gentle warm-ups and beginners
– Medium (Blue) – For balanced mobilization
– Strong (Orange) – For more intense warm-up training
